Processing and Shipping

We process and ship orders each business day. We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours of a payment being processed. We currently do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, National or Religious holidays.

UAE Shipping

Adas Fashion House store currently ships all products using registered international courier services.

Free Shipping - Terms & Conditions (UAE Only)

We offer free shipping within the UAE on all orders over AED 500. All orders less than AED 500 will be automatically charged AED 25 at checkout on the website.

Tracking your Order

When your package has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided along with an email confirmation to your registered account.

Insurance

We will insures all packages for their full value until they are delivered to you. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us immediately. We will work with our delivery partner and insurer to resolve the problem in an efficient manner.

International Shipping

We only ships to the UAE at this time, but we are working hard to make our outlet available to a wider network of regional customers.
